When I won a Cantonese Opera competition at 11, I had no idea I would be formally trained as a Jazz vocalist and perform my original songs on international stage later in life.
With a mix of solid musical knowledge from formal training and unique international experience as performer/composer/producer, I aim to bring you new approaches in music and singing, and beyond that, new inspirations and passion in life! I will guide you to awaken your inner creativity through emphasis on song interpretation and improvisation. Because Jazz is not just a music genre, but an attitude, a lifestyle.

Step by Step Jazz Singing (Online Group Class)
is an on-going course where students learn to sing one chosen jazz song and scat on it in four lessons.

You will be working with me one on one. Lessons will be tailor made to fit your level and ambitions. I will analyse your voice and understand how to make better use of it with suitable exercises and repertoire. Besides improving your singing with better techniques, we will also work on how to make it interesting with good interpretations.
